Spencer Haney is an emerging Canadian producer who grew up among 

the rugged landscapes of Ontario’s cottage country. A graduate of Humber 

Polytechnic’s Bachelor of Film and Media Production program, Spencer brings a 

blend of creative talent, coupled with technical skill and production awareness. 

Most recently, he produced the Canadian/Ukrainian short film Stars on the 

Ceiling, and consistently strives to craft compelling stories by working alongside 

a creative team and providing them with the support they need to flourish. Spencer has built professional experience across both reality television and scripted content, with on-set experience at companies including Insight Productions and Amazon MGM Studios. Among peers, Spencer has cultivated a reputation for trust, reliability and dedication. Outside of his work, Spencer finds inspiration in nature, unwinding by the lake or embarking on scenic drives, with the windows down and a camera always ready to capture the world.
